Creating a Positioning Statement

  • Who are you? 
  • What do you do?
  • What is the specific need or problem of the market (community) you serve?
  • How do you satisfy that need or solve that problem? 
  • Who is your preferred customer?
  • What is your value to that customer?
  • Who is your competition?
