Quarterly Supervisors’ Forums

The Quarterly Supervisor’s Forum is a Virtual Presence Communication (VPC) venue to discuss Child Welfare policy information with county/tribal social services supervisors. DHS staff, including policy consultants, Quality Assurance reviewers and Social Services Information System (SSIS) staff will partner with counties and tribes to discuss current topics and provide training to child welfare supervisors.

Topics for Quarterly Supervisors’ Forums are developed from results of the Minnesota Child and Family Service Reviews. Forums address common challenges and highlight policies and practices that can support supervisors’ efforts to strengthen practice and improve outcomes for children and families.

Flyers and handouts for the individual forums, along with information about registration and VPC sites will be added to this website as available. Handouts from all previously held forums are located at the bottom of this page.
