WIOA guidance

The DHS Disability Services Division (DSD), in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Economic Development’s (DEED) Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS), developed guidance for lead agencies on Section 511 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). WIOA Section 511 impacts the use of subminimum wages.
