Use Infopac reports
Page posted: 8/3/26
DHS produces many reports for use by lead agencies and state staff. MMIS generates most of these reports. You can access them through Infopac, a mainframe report distribution software. Infopac keeps multiple versions of each report and can filter them by agency (i.e., county, Tribal Nation or managed care organization) to make the report output more manageable and protect data privacy.
MMIS generates reports on a regular schedule, depending on need: daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or on request. Infopac stores a history of past report versions, so each report is a "snapshot" of data from a specific time. You cannot make changes to the data or the date parameters contained in a report.
Most lead agencies can print entire reports or selected pages at their offices. If you are interested in viewing or printing reports directly at your agency, contact your Infopac administrator for access.
This section of the manual contains information about reports lead agencies commonly request:
Note: In some cases, the report ID referenced in this manual may differ slightly from what is shown in the lead agency’s Infopac view. Use the title of the report to identify the desired report.
