Differences Report

Overview
The Differences Report page allows you to review any changes made in the MPSE Request you are viewing. Your Differences Report is a side-by-side comparison of the approved Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) Portfolio to what the portfolio will look like once the request has been approved by an enrollment specialist.
Only the pages within the MPSE portfolio that you requested changes for appear in your Differences Report. For example, if you request to add a new service to your existing enrollment record and you also add a new credential as a requirement for that service, your enrollment record, services, and credentials will appear in your Differences Report. If your request was only to update an existing credential within your existing enrollment record, only your enrollment record and credentials will appear in your Differences Report.
Note that there are system limitations that require the use of abbreviated addresses in the Differences Report. This may cause the address displayed on the Differences Report to be different from the address you entered in your request. If you see any other discrepancies while reviewing this report, call the Provider Resource Center.
Request Detail
The Request Detail section shows your Differences Report. There are four buttons available in this section, Highlight Differences, Clear Differences, Expand All, and Collapse All.
Highlight Differences
Click Highlight Differences to highlight the column names in green when a field in that column contains differences between your master profile and your request.
Clear Differences
Click Clear Differences to remove the highlights from your Differences Report.
Expand All
Click Expand All to expand all of the sections within your Differences Report.
Collapse All
Click Collapse All to collapse all of the sections within your Differences Report.

Each section can also be collapsed by using the appropriate icon on the left-side of each section of the Differences Report. See more information in the Expand/Collapse section of the Recurring Items page of the MPSE User Manual.
Field Column
Each section of the Differences Report has a Field column that lists the names of fields available in each section.
Request Information
The Request Information column shows the request type, whether it is a revalidation request or not, the username assigned to the request, the effective date of the request, if it was a faxed request or an MPSE request, the status of the request, and the submit date of the request.
Request Column
Each section of the Differences Report has a Request column. The Request column will be different depending on the request type you are in. For example, if you are in an enrollment record request, this column will be titled Enrollment Record Request. These columns will contain the changes made to the corresponding fields in the request. So, if a change was made to the phone number, the column will contain the new phone number you requested to add.
Master Column
Each section of the Differences Report has a Master column. The Master column will be different depending on the request type you are in. For example, if you are in an enrollment record request, this column will be titled Enrollment Record Master. These columns contain the currently approved enrollment information for this MPSE portfolio.
