Overview

The requests displayed on this page are returned requests that a provider submitted to Provider Eligibility and Compliance and, consequently, was sent back to the provider to submit additional information. When Provider Eligibility and Compliance returns a request, a history of the documents uploaded and submitted in that request is displayed in a summary report to retain the history of the request documentation.

Under Returned Requests, you will find information related to the requests that have been returned to the provider.
