Services

Overview
Use this page to view or edit the services you are qualified to provide. You can only edit the information on this page if you are in an MPSE Request.
The services you are able to select are determined by the enrollment record type selected on the Enrollment Record Information page. Only add services that you are currently licensed or certified to provide. Services added to this page impact the requirements on the Credentials page.

Enrollment Record Information
This is a recurring section that appears on multiple MPSE pages for informational purposes only. See Enrollment Record Information on the Recurring Items page of the MPSE User Manual.
Enrollment Record Type Default Service Categories
In the Enrollment Record Type Default Service Categories section, MPSE displays a list of defaulted service categories for your enrollment record type.
The list of service categories displayed is determined by the enrollment record type you selected on the Enrollment Record Information page. This section is for informational purposes only and you will not able to make changes to this section.
Provider Specialty and Packaged Services
The Provider Specialty and Packaged Services section shows information about the services you selected and added to your enrollment record. If this is a new enrollment record and you have not yet added a service to your enrollment record, this section will not show information.
To view specific details about a service added to this section, see the Manage Service page. You can open the Manage Service page by clicking the View, View/Edit or Add a Service options.
View/Edit
Click View/Edit to go to the Manage Service page where you can view and edit the information pertaining to that service. To have the View/Edit option, you must be in an MPSE Request.
Delete
Click Delete to delete the service from your enrollment record. You cannot delete services approved by Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). To indicate that a service is no longer provided by your or your organization, you must add an end date to the service by clicking the View/Edit option and editing the Manage Service page.
View
Click View to go to the Manage Service page where you can view information pertaining to the selected service. You will not be able to make changes while in view mode.
Add a Service
Click Add a Service to go to the Manage Service page where you can select a service from a list of available options.
Continue
Click Continue to save your changes and go to the next page.
Cancel
Click Cancel to go back to the previous page.
Manage Service
Overview
On this page, you can add a new service to your enrollment record, request a different begin date for a service, or add an end date to a service.

Enrollment Record Information

Service
In the Service section, you can add a new service, and view or edit an existing service.
Service Name
Use the Service Name drop-down list to select the service you want to add to your enrollment record. The services available for you to select are determined by your enrollment record type.
Service Begin Date
Enter a service begin date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY in the Service Begin Date field.
Service End Date
Enter a service end date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY in the Service End Date field. You are not required to enter an end date when adding a new service.
If this service is no longer being provided by you or your organization, add an end date in this field.
Continue
Click Continue to save your changes and go to the next page.
Cancel
Click Cancel to go back to the previous page.
