Manage Payment Withholds
Overview
Use this page to view payment withholds that Provider Screening and Enrollment put on your enrollment record. Click View from the User Actions column to view existing payment withhold information.
A payment withhold may happen for different reasons. If you have questions on your payment withhold, click Contact Us from the right side navigation to contact Provider Screening and Enrollment.

Payment Withholds
Under Payment Withholds, you will find information related to your payment withholds. If you do not have any payment withholds on your enrollment record, this section will not have any information to display.
To view specific details of the information provided in this section go to Manage Payment Withhold page.
View
Click View to go to the Manage Payment Withhold page. From this page, you can view the information for that payment withhold as needed. You will not be able to make any changes while in View mode.
Add a Payment Withhold
Payment withholds are put on your enrollment record by Provider Screening and Enrollment. Though you can click Add a Payment Withhold, you will get an error if you try to add a payment withhold on your enrollment record.

Click Continue to go to the next page.

On this page, you can view the details of a payment withhold.

Enrollment Record Information

Payment Withhold
Under Payment Withhold, you will find your payment withhold information.
Hold Review Type
Hold Review Type will display the review type of your payment withhold.
Hold Review Range Type
Hold Review Range Type will display the review range type of your payment withhold.
Start Date
The date your payment withhold started will appear in the Start Date box.
End Date
The end date of your payment withhold will appear in the End Date box.
Continue
Click Continue to go to the next page.
