Overview

The Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal is a secure online web-based tool that lets providers enroll and manage their enrollment records with Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). This online MPSE User Manual is the primary information source for the MPSE portal enrollment process.

This manual is intended to instruct providers in navigating and completing processes within the MPSE portal. Continue to check back for the latest updates as we continue to improve this manual.

There are several features and benefits to using the MPSE portal:

· The MPSE portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can start a request, save it, and go back to it based on your own schedule.

· Access built-in guidance for completing a request which helps minimize common errors.

· Track your request status and progress.

· Manage your affiliation with other individual health care providers or agencies.

· Communicate with MHCP Provider Eligibility and Compliance staff through secure messaging.

MPSE Questions and Answers Session

MHCP provides a free weekly Q&A session every Wednesday, from 1 to 2 p.m. A link to join the Q&A session is available on the MPSE Training webpage.

MPSE Downtimes

Review this section regularly for scheduled MPSE downtimes.

The MPSE portal will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, from noon to 1 p.m. for system upgrades.
