Statute and Rule
Minnesota Statutes 142E, Statutes for the Child Care Assistance Program, are laws passed by the legislature that create some CCAP policies.
Minnesota Rules 3400, Rules for the administration of the child care fund, supplement statutes and are created by a rule-making process.
Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Policy Manual
The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Policy Manual contains policies, procedures, rules and statutes of the child care assistance program. The primary users of this manual are child care, financial, and employment service workers in Minnesota counties, tribes and contracted agencies.
Minnesota Electronic Child Care (MEC2)
The MEC² User Manual is the procedural manual for child care workers who administer CCAP using the MEC² (Minnesota Electronic Child Care) Integrated system.
