Day service fields

The page provides a description of the day service fields within the Rate Management System (RMS) tool. Because each service requires different inputs, not all services require inputs for all the fields listed below.

Fields
DHS recommends gathering the following information before entering data into the RMS.

Shared average number of one-way miles per day | If the person shares transportation, enter the average number of miles for the person’s most direct route. To determine this number, use an internet mapping application or information derived from transportation provider’s odometer.
