Licensor resources

Due to the creation of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and the separation of child and adult programs between DCYF and DHS, separate Licensor Libraries have been created for each program area.

Visit the Family Child Care Licensor Library for forms and licensor resources related to family child care (FCC).

Visit the Child Foster Care Licensor Library for forms and licensor resources related to child foster care (CFC).

Visit the County Partnership Licensor Library for forms and licensor resources related to adult foster care (AFC), child foster residence settings (CFRS), community residential settings (CRS), and family adult day services (FADS).
