MFIP and DWP Employment Services Manual
The Employment Services Manual contains the policies and procedures of the Employment Services (ES) component of the Minnesota Family Invest Program (MFIP) and Diversionary Work Program (DWP). The primary users of the ES Manual are the Employment Services Providers, who are contracted to help MFIP and DWP participants become employed and self-sufficient.

This document includes both the Employability Measure and its User’s Guide that gives background on the development of the EM, descriptions of the context for each area, real-life scenarios that demonstrate how to consistently assess status in these areas, and other important information.
