Unbundling project | Effective Feb. 1, 2025, DHS will start the rolling implementation of the CDCS unbundling project. Definition | CDCS support planning services: Services that help a CDCS participant develop and implement his/her CDCS Community Support Plan (CSP). CDCS support planning services are a subsection of CDCS Manual – Self-direction support activities. | ||
Overview | CDCS support planning services are optional and included in the person’s budget. When selected, support planning services are provided by certified CDCS support planners. For information about the support planner’s role, see CDCS Manual – Support planners. | ||
