Legal authority	Minn. Stat. §256B.19, subd. 1, (3)
Definition	10% county share: County cost of placements that exceed 90 days in intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities (ICF/DD) of seven or more beds.
Eligibility	County share applies to each ICF/DD bed a person occupies whose stay exceeds 90 days. Occupancy days do not need to be consecutive. The county share includes pass-through payments made under day training and habilitation (DT&H) and services during the day.
County of financial responsibility	The county of financial responsibility funds 10% of the ICF/DD rate for each person: · Who meets the eligibility requirements and · For whom the county is financially responsible.
Billing	DHS sends each county a monthly invoice.
