AMERASIANS

An Amerasian is a child of a United States citizen who was born in Vietnam after January 1, 1962, and before January 1, 1976.

Amerasians are Lawful Permanent Residents upon admission to the United States.

Amerasians are LPRs. See TE02.06.09 (IMIG Panel Coding and Workarounds), for system coding.
