SimilaritiesIn both PCA and CFSS: · The lead agency must provide a person with a notice of action when the lead agency makes a decision about their services and will take an action that affects them. For more information, refer to CBSM – Appeals and CBSM – Appeals process.· DHS and/or the lead agency can remove a person from PCA Choice or the CFSS budget model. The person has the right to appeal this decision.
