The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Policy Manual contains the policies, procedures, rules and statutes of the Program. The primary users of the CCAP Manual are the child care workers in counties and contracted agencies. The purpose of the Child Care Assistance Program is to assist families with child care assistance so they can become employed and self-sufficient.
