24-hour customized living

This content has moved to CBSM – Customized living (including 24-hour customized living).

DHS combined the customized living and 24-hour customized living service CBSM pages to align with the federally approved waiver plans. Policies did not change with the combination of CBSM pages. No changes to service agreements are required.
