HSP BASIS - TEMPORARY ILLNESS

HSP:
People have a basis of eligibility for HSP if they have a PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION of temporary illness, injury, or incapacity which is expected to continue for at least 45 days and which limits their ability to work and provide self-support, see PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION in 0002.51 (Glossary: Professional...). See 0010.18.05 (Verifying Disability/Incapacity - Cash), 0010.18.06 (Verifying Disability/Incapacity - SNAP), 0028.18.03 (Suitable/Unsuitable Work).

Use this basis of eligibility for the duration of the incapacity or illness only.
