DHS created CDCS – Resources, a new page in the CDCS Policy Manual that provides resources for:

  • · People who self-direct their services through CDCS
  • · People interested in selecting the CDCS service option.

    • The new page includes information about:

  • · Policy guidance
  • · Online learning modules for people who receive services, their families and lead agencies
  • · CDCS and home care nursing frequently asked questions.
