March trainings and events about autism and related conditions
This eList announcement provides a summary of trainings and events in March 2022 about ASD and related conditions.
Dates, times and registration
1. New EIDBI Provider Welcome: New or potential providers can learn about EIDBI policies and procedures. Topics include introductions and resources to help providers be successful.
2. EIDBI Provider Input Session: Current and potential EIDBI providers will learn about updates, provide input and discuss current and proposed EIDBI policies and practices.
3. Applying the Positive Supports Rule to EIDBI: Current EIDBI providers will learn best practices for using the Positive Supports Rule when providing EIDBI services.
4. Identifying ASD and Accessing Services: Care coordinators will learn how to successfully collaborate with families and early childhood professionals through the screening, diagnosis and referral process.
5. Community Conversations: Focus on Transition: Families and caregivers can connect with others to share experiences, community resources and services/supports available in Minnesota.
