Direct Support Professional Recognition Week ideas and resources

National Direct Support Professional Recognition Week will be observed Sept. 11-17 this year. Recognition of employee contributions can create a more positive work environment and reduce turnover. The following resources offer ideas for employers to recognize their employees this September and include several strategies that are low- or no-cost:
