Direct Support Professional Recognition Week is Sept. 11-17

National Direct Support Professional Recognition Week is being observed from Sept. 11-17 this year. In this video, acting Assistant Commissioner Natasha Merz gives recognition to people who work as direct support professionals. She also encourages others to take the time to recognize people for the important work they do in providing care and support to people with disabilities and aging adults.
