Purpose of E-mail: Announce availability of Request for Proposal to provide assistance in aligning and coordinating training efforts of about a dozen legislatively - mandated reform projects and what is anticipated to be more than 50 additional ongoing Continuing Care Administration training activities

The Minnesota Department of Human Services through its Disability Services Division is seeking proposals from qualified responders to provide assistance in aligning and coordinating training efforts of about a dozen legislatively mandated reform projects and what is anticipated to be more than 50 additional ongoing Continuing Care Administration training activities. Work is proposed to start Aug. 1, 2010.

Responders’ questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing prior to 4 p.m. Central Time, June 24, 2010. An online Responders’ Conference will also be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Central Time, June 25, 2010. The conference will serve as an opportunity for Responders to ask specific questions of State staff concerning the project.

Proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals must be received at the address above no later than 4 p.m. Central Time, June 29, 2010. Late proposals will NOT be considered. Faxed or e-mailed proposals will NOT be considered.
