To: All lead agency staff who do Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) data entry related to home care, Alternative Care (AC), Essential Community Supports (ECS) and waiver service agreements/screening documents and all other interested parties

Purpose: To announce the name change of the DSD Resource Center

New name for team that helps with service agreements and screening documents

The DSD Resource Center is now the Service Agreement and Screening Document (SASD) Support Team. The new name better reflects the specific area of work supported by the SASD Support Team.

The SASD Support Team is a help desk that provides technical assistance to lead agencies and DHS staff for MMIS, specifically related to service agreements and screening documents.

The SASD Support Team does answer general questions, but their work involves drawing on their knowledge, training and resources to resolve issues related to service agreements and screening documents. For more information about the team’s work, review CBSM – SASD Support Team.

DHS is in the process of updating content and communication channels to reflect the team’s new name. To share questions or comments with the team, use the SASD Support Team Portal, DHS-3754.
