Watch the “Relocation service coordination (RSC): Learning the basics” training module on YouTube to help keep your support planning skills sharp until the DHS “Building your skills: Developing a support plan” monthly webinar series returns in June 2023. This online, self-paced RSC course is available anytime, so watch it when you have time.
In the past, DHS held monthly “Building your skills” events for assessors, case managers, care coordinators, lead staff and supervisors. While waiting for the series to resume, we are sharing monthly self-study suggestions for new and experienced staff to gain knowledge or support an existing skillset.

Audience
The training is for people new to supporting a person who is moving out of an institution, but it can be a refresher for those already familiar with the topic.
