Purpose of email: Announce update to CBSM to launch MinnesotaHelp.info® as a resource directory of HCBS waiver and AC program service providers.

The Community-Based Services Manual now includes information about how lead agencies (counties, tribes, health plans) can use www.MinnesotaHelp.info® as they assist service recipients with selecting waiver and Alternative Care (AC) service providers during the service planning process.

Please see the “Search for providers” section of the CBSM — HCBS waiver/AC provider enrollment and standards page for links to additional information and resources.

Implementation timeline

MinnesotaHelp.info® currently lists providers who were enrolled as of Jan. 16, 2014. Providers enrolled as of April 18, 2014, will be added or have their information updated in MinnesotaHelp.info® throughout the remainder of April and into May. Adding and editing of provider records should be completed by the end of May. Once all the records that were added or updated as of April 18, 2014, have been completed, additional rounds of adding, editing or deleting will begin.
