To: Social workers, MnCHOICES assessors, case aides and others who are directly employed by a county/tribal nation and who regularly request submissions of State Medical Review Team (SMRT) referrals

Purpose: To announce SMRT will provide view-only access to the Integrated Service Delivery System (ISDS) for some direct county/tribal nation employees

ISDS read-only access provided to some direct county/tribal nation employees

The State Medical Review Team (SMRT) will provide view-only access to the Integrated Service Delivery System (ISDS) for some direct county/tribal nation employees who work as:

Access to the system allows employees at a county or tribal nation to monitor the status of SMRT referrals.

Note: Contracted county employees and community partners are not eligible for ISDS view-only access.

Monthly meetings

SMRT will include ISDS view-only training as part of its monthly meeting series. These virtual meetings will be the third Thursday of every month (adjusted for holidays, as needed). The October meeting was postponed one week for the annual MEA conference.

During the first half hour of each meeting, SMRT staff will answer questions and discuss details about SIR announcements posted that month. The second half will be dedicated to ISDS user training for people seeking view-only access.
