HSP:
Apply the Supportive Housing Disregard for HSP applicants or recipients when the following conditions are met. See 0018.01 (Determining Net Income - HSP) and 0002.27 (Glossary: FSET…) for HSP Supportive Housing Disregard.
1. | Have countable unearned income. See 0017.12.03 (Unearned Income). |
And | |
2. | Reside in a HSP community based setting, and has a Supportive Housing Health Department License. See 0002.27 (Glossary: FSET…) for HSP Community based setting excluding Metro Demo locations. See Housing Support Setting Characteristics chart (DHS-8292) for more information about setting types. |
And | |
3. | Are eligible under the SSI, AGED, ADULT, BLIND, or DISABLED basis for GRH. See 0013.18 (HSP Bases of Eligibility). |
The Supportive Housing disregard amount is determined using the following calculation:
1. | (Total Income minus all deductions except any earned income disregards and the Personal Needs amount) multiplied by 70%. |
2. | Round to the nearest cent. |
