GRH BASES OF ELIGIBILITY

MFIP, WB, DWP, SNAP, MSA, GA:
No provisions.


GRH:
People have a basis of eligibility for GRH if they:

Are SSI recipients.

 

OR

Would be eligible for SSI EXCEPT for excess income AND:

-

Are age 65 or older, or will be age 65 in the application month. See 0013.18.03 (GRH Basis - Age 65 or Older).

 

OR

-

Are blind. See 0013.18.06 (GRH Basis - Blind).

 

OR

-

Are age 18 or older and disabled. See 0013.18.09 (GRH Basis - Disabled Age 18 and Older).

 

OR

Meet the requirements in 1 of the following categories of eligibility under the GA program:

Are residents of group residential housing. See 0013.18.12 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Living in GRH).

Have a permanent illness. See 0013.18.15 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Permanent Illness).

-

Have a temporary illness. See 0013.18.18 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Temporary Illness).

-

Are unemployable. See 0013.18.21 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Unemployable).

-

Are medically certified as having developmental disabilities or mental illness. See 0013.18.24 (GRH Basis - GA-Related DD/MI).

-

Have an application or an appeal pending for Social Security Disability or SSI. See 0013.18.27 (GRH Basis - GA-Rel. SSD/SSI Appl/Appeal Pend).

Are of advanced age. See 0013.18.30 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Advanced Age).

Are learning disabled. See 0013.18.33 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Learning Disabled).

Have a drug/alcohol addiction. See 0013.18.36 (GRH Basis - GA-Related Drug/Alcohol Addctn).
