SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DISREGARD

GRH:
Apply the Supportive Housing Disregard for GRH applicants or recipients when the following conditions are met. See 0018.01 (Determining Net Income - GRH) and 0002.27 (Glossary: FSET…) for GRH Supportive Housing Disregard.

1.

Have countable unearned income. See 0017.12.03 (Unearned Income).

 

And

2.

Reside in a GRH community based setting, and has a Supportive Housing Health Department License. See 0002.27 (Glossary: FSET…) for GRH Community based setting excluding Metro Demo locations. See Housing Support Setting Characteristics chart (DHS-8292) for more information about setting types.

 

And

3.

Are eligible under the SSI, AGED, ADULT, BLIND, or DISABLED basis for GRH. See 0013.18 (GRH Bases of Eligibility).

The Supportive Housing disregard amount is determined using the following calculation:

1.

(Total Income minus all deductions except any earned income disregards and the Personal Needs amount) multiplied by 70%.

2.

Round to the nearest cent.
