Expanded disability waiver case management training requirements
During the 2020 legislative session, the Minnesota Legislature passed training requirements for disability waiver case management. Effective immediately, all disability waiver case managers must complete 10 hours of case management education and disability-related training each year. This applies to case managers of the following waivers:
