Updates to share
Person-centered psychotropic medication manual/webpage
The draft has been broken into topic sections so it can be developed into a webpage. This format will hopefully be easier to navigate than a 50+ page document. The team working on it is currently comparing the content to DHS Licensing forms, to make sure everything works together and to prevent duplication of materials. They are also starting to loop in other areas of DHS, such as the Behavioral Health Division, Direct Care and Treatment, etc.
Positive Support Transition Plan (PSTP)-related documents
The team is almost finished with updating the Positive Support Transition Plan (PSTP) Quality Checklist, DHS form 6810G. The next step will be to update the PSTP examples. Stacy and Kim will meet to finish up the drafts this month, and then they will send them to Stacie so she can get them ready for Communications, who will post them online for EPRC review.
Updates from the subcommittees
The committee reviewed the updates from the subcommittees noted in the meeting agenda.
