Community residential services providers to receive invite for staffing survey
During the course of the next six months, DHS will be notifying organizations that provide community residential services under the four disability waivers (BI, CAC, CADI, DD) that they have been selected to complete a survey. Each organization will be asked to complete the survey once. Only some provider organizations will report each month.
Details
The survey will ask about staffing levels and any effect staffing has on the people they serve. DHS will send all direct communication about this survey via email to the organization’s authorized agent.
If an authorized agent has not received a reporting notification for that month, then it is not that organization’s reporting month.
Applicability
Only organizations that provide community residential services will be asked to respond the survey. Other provider organizations that deliver different services will not be asked to complete this survey at this time.
