Disability waiver case manager employment training update
DHS is monitoring total statewide enrollment and completion progress for the new disability waiver case manager employment training. In the first three weeks:

Registration
Disability waiver case managers who have not completed the training must register for one of the following sessions:
Once a case manager registers for a session, they must complete the course within the six-week “course available” window.
To register, use the instructions on DHS – Self-paced online course: Getting to Work: A Case Manager’s Guide to Supporting Employment.
Completion deadline
All disability waiver case managers must complete this training by Aug. 1, 2024. Case managers hired after Aug. 1, 2024, must complete the training during their first six months of employment.
