Focus groups and survey about community experiences with EIDBI
DHS is working with a third-party contractor, the Courageous Change Collective, to gather community input and feedback about potential changes to EIDBI services in May 2024. The focus groups will give community members a chance to provide feedback on:
Community members can provide feedback through focus groups and a survey. DHS will use feedback about community members’ experiences to determine what, if any, regulatory changes to make within the EIDBI benefit.

The EIDBI caregiver and self-advocate survey is open to all parents, caregivers and self-advocates. Complete the survey by Friday, May 31, 2024.
