Focus groups and survey about community experiences with EIDBI

DHS is working with a third-party contractor, the Courageous Change Collective, to gather community input and feedback about potential changes to EIDBI services in May 2024. The focus groups will give community members a chance to provide feedback on:

  • · EIDBI service quality.
  • · Experiences with coordinating care.
  • · Health and safety.
  • · Rights of people who receive services.
  • Community members can provide feedback through focus groups and a survey. DHS will use feedback about community members’ experiences to determine what, if any, regulatory changes to make within the EIDBI benefit.
