Survey about telehealth use with positive behavior support practices and services

DHS and the University of Minnesota Institute on Community Integration (ICI) seek feedback from self-advocates, caregivers and positive support service providers in Minnesota through a survey. The survey asks questions about telehealth use with positive behavior supports. We want to learn about:

  • · Successful telehealth delivery of positive support services.
  • · Existing challenges.
  • · Helpful resources.
  • Survey details

    Use the following information to complete the survey:

  • · How to participate: To complete the survey, refer to University of Minnesota – Positive supports survey.
  • · Anonymity: The survey will not collect personal information.
  • · Cost: Free.
  • · Survey deadline: Aug. 9, 2024
  • Background information

    Positive behavior support practices and services are an evidence-based and system-wide approach for respectful, supportive and effective ways to help people make positive changes in their lives. Telehealth delivery (i.e., remote or online connection that uses the internet) of these services is expanding.
