Acute Care Advisory Council agenda 

Date: July 15, 2024, 1 to 4 p.m.

Public comments: The committee encourages public participants to share their thoughts and ask questions about committee activities at the end of each meeting. Questions and comments may be emailed to DHS. 

Meeting purpose: The advisory council will work together to recommend the supports needed for people who experience barriers as they transition from hospitals and other settings into their home and community.
