Register to attend Minnesota’s Self-Direction Connection Conference

Minnesota’s Self-Direction Connection Conference is Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, in Mankato. At this conference, people who receive self-directed services can share their experiences and learn more about self-directed options and programs, including consumer directed community supports (CDCS), the Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and the newly available Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). During the event, participants will:

· Discuss the latest trends and practices in CDCS, CSG and CFSS.

· Meet people who use CDCS, CSG and CFSS for their own life.

Event information

· Date: Friday, Nov. 1, 2024

· Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

· Location: Mayo Health Systems Event Center, Mankato, MN

· Cost: $40 (Scholarships are available.)
