Technology: The first few minutes of every meeting will be dedicated to addressing any connectivity issues, to make sure everyone can hear other meeting participants.

Public Comments: The committee encourages participants from the public to share their thoughts and ask questions about committee activities at the end of each meeting. Questions and comments can be emailed to DHS.

Meeting Purpose: The advisory council will work together to recommend the supports needed for people who are experiencing barriers transitioning from hospitals and other settings into their home and community.
