Acute Care Advisory Council Agenda

Technology: The first few minutes of every meeting will be dedicated to addressing any connectivity issues to make sure everyone can hear other meeting participants.

Public comments: The committee encourages parcipitation from the public to share their thoughts and ask questions about committee activities at the end of each meeting. Send questions and comments to DHS.

Meeting purpose: The advisory council works together to recommend the supports needed for people who experience barriers transitioning from hospitals and other settings to their home and community.
