Register for positive behavior support intensive training series
“Applying Positive Behavior Support Intensives in Minnesota Human Service Settings” is a virtual training series hosted by DHS and ICI. This series runs from January to June 2025, and it includes six sessions focused on using positive behavior support as part of the range of positive support practices.
Attendees will learn how to implement positive behavior support in community settings to support people with developmental or intellectual disabilities, with a primary focus on supporting people at the targeted (tier 2) and intensive (tier 3) level of support.

Use the following information to attend the training series:
This training series is primarily for positive behavior support facilitators at organizations participating in the DHS cohort model. It is also open to providers who have introductory knowledge of or experience with positive behavior support. Although all are welcome, the training series will be most relevant for professionals and teams who support adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities across various settings.
This series is cumulative. We encourage but do not require you to attend all sessions.
