Purpose: To announce an environmental accessibility adaptations (EAA) service limit increase for Alternative Care (AC) and Elderly Waiver (EW)
Effective: Jan. 1, 2025

EAA service limit increase for AC and EW

As of Jan. 1, 2025, DHS increased the EAA service limit for AC and EW to $21,199. This includes:

  • · EAA, home assessment (T1028).
  • · EAA, home install (S5165).
  • · EAA, vehicle assessment (T2039 – UD).
  • · EAA, vehicle install (T2039).

    • DHS is working to update the increase on Long-Term Services and Supports Service Rate Limits, Effective Jan. 1, 2025, DHS-3945. For policy information, refer to:
