Supporting new Americans in the LTC workforce grant program listening session

DHS’ Grants, Equity, Access and Research (GEAR) Division will host a listening session to collect feedback from organizations that work with new Americans and the LTC workforce. We want feedback on services and experiences that support new Americans to:

· Obtain, maintain and advance in LTC employment.

· Meet career goals.

· Complete training programs.

· Access resources and services as they transition and build their lives in a new country.

DHS will use the feedback to inform an upcoming RFP for the new Americans in the LTC workforce grant program.
