Free MTI technical assistance

DHS encourages HCBS employment and day service providers to apply for MTI’s technical assistance cohort for September 2025 through July 2026.

Technical assistance cohort details

The technical assistance cohort is an intensive, comprehensive, year-long technical assistance opportunity for providers at any stage of planning or implementing transformation or agency change. Providers must be committed to expanding their capacity for:
