Workplace Rights Week

DHS encourages people to review information about Workplace Rights Week from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).

DLI will host Workplace Rights Week in Minnesota, Sept. 21-27, 2025. Workplace Rights Week in Minnesota is a chance for workers and employers to learn about their rights and responsibilities on the job. For more information, refer to DLI – Workplace Rights Week.
