DWRS cost reporting feedback
DHS wants feedback on how to improve the DWRS cost reporting system. We invite providers who did cost reporting between 2021 and 2025 for residential services, unit-based services, day programs and customized living services to share input.

Use the following information to complete a brief survey about your experiences with DWRS cost reporting:
Virtual focus groups
We also will hold six 90-minute virtual focus groups for providers who did cost reporting between 2023 and 2025. We will use these guided conversations to collect opinions and experiences.
