RFP for a grantee to administer training registrations and stipend distribution for DSWs

DHS is accepting grant proposals from qualified responders to administer training registrations, enhanced rate/budget training verification and stipend distribution for DSWs.

To facilitate stipend administration and the enhanced rate/budget, the grantee must:

· Promote training opportunities.

· Register eligible DSWs for trainings.

· Track training completion.

· Distribute stipends.

· Communicate with DSWs.

· Provide DHS with access to data about DSWs training completion and expiration.

Use the following information to apply:

· RFP details: To review the RFP, refer to DHS – Open grants, RFPs and RFIs.

· Submission deadline: March 23, 2026

· How to apply: To submit a proposal in response to this RFP, responders must use the DHS – DSD online grants portal. Responders cannot submit proposals by mail, fax or email. DHS will only consider online applications.

· Anticipated duration: July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. DHS may extend the contract up to a total of five years.
