Overview

AASD sends announcements via email to AASD eList subscribers. The AASD eList is a resource for counties, tribal nations, managed care organizations and other interested parties. AASD uses this eList to announce:

  • · Federal and state policy changes.
  • · Public comment periods.
  • · AASD-related training opportunities.
  • · Updates to our policy manuals (e.g., Community-Based Services Manual).
  • · Updates from other DHS divisions, state agencies and community partners that are relevant to AASD’s work.

    • AASD encourages all lead agency staff to subscribe to this eList. There is no fee to sign up. AASD will not use your email address for any other purpose. If you unsubscribe, AASD will delete your email address from the eList.

    The AASD eList is for announcement purposes only. Do not reply to eLists. AASD will not read or forward your response. If you want to contact AASD about information in an announcement, email dhs.aasd.hcbs@state.mn.us.

    AASD archives announcements on CBSM – Archive of AASD eList announcements.

    Bounce backs

    If your server marks a message as “permanently undeliverable” to your inbox, our system will remove your email address from our eList.

    If your server notifies us that your inbox is temporarily unavailable, our system will try to redeliver the message until either:

  • · The message is delivered.
  • · Your server marks the message as “permanently undeliverable,” at which time it will remove your email address from our eList.

    • Prevent emails from being marked “spam” or “junk”

    To ensure you receive announcements:

  • · Add Minnesota_DHS@public.govdelivery.com to your contact list.
  • · Follow any additional instructions from your email provider about how to prevent emails from being marked “spam” or “junk mail.”
